• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s security or functionality;
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App for unauthorized purposes.

Data you submit: If you use the managed plan, you are responsible for ensuring that any data or queries you submit comply with applicable laws and do not infringe others' rights. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information unless you have the rights and lawful basis to do so. You also agree to comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of any third-party AI providers used by the managed plan.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, and trademarks on zenquery.app are the property of Protoshell Technologies or licensed third parties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or for behavior that may harm the service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free performance.

Managed plan and third-party responses: If you opt into the managed plan, queries are forwarded to third-party AI model providers (for example, OpenAI-compatible services) which generate responses. These responses are created by third parties and may contain errors, biases, or inappropriate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any responses generated by third-party models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protoshell Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

In particular, when using the managed plan, we are not liable for any consequences arising from responses provided by third-party AI model providers. You acknowledge and accept that outputs from such providers may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purposes, and you assume responsibility for how you use those outputs.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
